Audit scope vs market headline
PassportTax scores use a 199-entity audit scope (VF + VOA + ETA, eVisa excluded) — reproducible and auditable. The "visa-free countries" figures you see elsewhere are market headlines on a different basis and usually higher; the two are not directly comparable.

Score scope: VF + VOA + ETA (visa-free + visa-on-arrival + electronic travel authorization); eVisa is excluded.
